This agreement is between the client and Josimara Hoffmann trading as JH Digital (ABN 11429375831), referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” throughout this document.

Josimara Hoffmann provides digital marketing services tailored to support your business goals. These services include:
● Marketing and digital strategy consulting – to clarify your goals, define your audience, and map out a plan
● Local SEO – to help your business show up in local search results and improve visibility
● Google Business Profile setup, management, and optimisation – to strengthen your online presence and make it easy for customers to find and contact you
● Social media strategy and account management – to plan, create, and publish consistent content across your social channels
● Social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) – to reach and engage your audience through targeted campaigns
● Google Ads setup and campaign management – to drive high-intent traffic and leads through search and display advertising
We customise our services to fit your business needs, as agreed in each proposal or scope of work.
2. What We Need From You
To deliver great results, we need your cooperation. You agree to:
● Provide timely access to your accounts (e.g. Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta Business Manager)
● Share accurate information, content, and approvals when requested
● Stick to agreed payment terms
● Keep any required third-party tools or subscriptions active
3. Account Activation
The person who signs up for the Services ("Account Owner" or "User") is responsible for the account and is bound by these Terms of Service.
4. General Conditions of Use
You agree to the following general conditions:
Support: Technical support is available to paying Account Owners through email unless otherwise stated.
Conduct: You and your customers must not use the Services for illegal activities, violate laws, or engage in prohibited actions.
Content Transmission: Your content may be transferred unencrypted and altered during transmission; credit card information is always encrypted.
5. JH Digital Rights
Josimara Hoffmann reserves the right to:
Modify or terminate the Services at any time, without notice.
Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Josimara Hoffmann is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty.
7. Waiver and Complete Agreement
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms of Service supersede all previous agreements and represent the complete agreement between you and Josimara Hoffmann.
8. Limiting Liability
You retain ownership of all content uploaded to your Josimara Hoffmann account.
By uploading content, you grant Josimara Hoffmann the right to display and store it.
Feedback you provide to Josimara Hoffmann will be owned by Josimara Hoffmann, and you waive any claim to ownership or compensation.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
Josimara Hoffmann will keep your confidential information secure and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or with your consent. Confidential information does not include information that is already public, independently developed, or legally obtained from other sources.
10. Termination
Josimara Hoffmann may terminate or suspend your account if you violate any of the terms stated in this agreement.

11. Legal Stuff
These terms are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of our main place of business.
